4. Consume 2-3 fresh tomatoes on an empty stomach every morning. This has been found very effective in curing obesity.

5. In a cup of water, add 3-tablespoon limejuice, 1-tablespoon honey and ¼ tablespoon powdered black pepper. Drink this mixture regularly at least once a day for 3 months.

1 Apples:
